Blizzard has officially revealed that the Amazon is coming to Diablo IV, during BlizzCon 2026. The iconic warrior will arrive during the first half of 2027 through the Amazon Class Pack, bringing another fan-favorite class from Diablo II into the latest game.
AdvertisementThe Amazon is described as a fearless fighter who uses speed, precision, and complete control of the battlefield to overwhelm her enemies. As expected, players will be able to wield a bow, making her a welcome addition for anyone who enjoys ranged combat. However, the Amazon will not be limited to ranged attacks. She will also introduce the iconic javelin as an entirely new weapon type in Diablo IV, giving players another way to tear through the forces of Hell.
Blizzard will provide a deeper look at the Amazon during its upcoming Diablo IV: What’s Next panel, scheduled for September 13, 2026, at 11 AM PT / 2PM ET. The presentation will explore the inspiration behind the class’s gameplay, appearance, and overall feel ahead of her arrival in the first half of 2027.
